Corporation is a multi-bank holding company
with five central Iowa banks operating in
eight communities from twelve banking
offices. The Corporation was established in
1975 to serve as a holding company for First
National Bank, Ames, Iowa. Since that time,
State Bank & Trust Co., Nevada, Boone Bank &
Trust Co., Boone, Randall-Story State Bank,
Story City, and United Bank & Trust,
Marshalltown have affiliated with the
Corporation. With total assets of $838
million as of December 31, 2006, the
Corporation is the 7th largest Iowa-based
commercial bank holding company and ranks
9th among all commercial banking
organizations operating in Iowa based on
total deposits.
